EST quod mane legas, est et quod uespere. laetis
  seria miscuimus, temperie ut placeant.
non unus uitae color est nec carminis unus
  lector: habet tempus pagina quaeque suum.
hoc mitrata Venus probat, hoc galeata Minerua,        5
  Stoicus has partis, has Epicurus amat.
salua mihi ueterum maneat dum regula morum,
  plaudat permissis sobria Musa iocis.
