Diagnostic Essay In our classroom syllabus there are three important things to note which are classroom rules, and expectations, attendance and make up work, and is the way my grade will be determined in English II. Some of these things will don't be heavily affected on my grade it still plays a role during this high school year for me. These rules and expectations might not be the best, but it's what I think the most important things are. My goal in this paper is to explain in more depth about the three important things in our classroom syllabus, also to make you understand the concept of these three important things in the syllabus.

Standing (2011), defines clinical decision-making as a complex process that involves observation, gathering information, critical thinking, evaluating evidence, applying necessary knowledge, reflection and problem-solving skills. Every day nurses make important clinical decisions and these decisions have important implications for patient outcomes and deserve serious consideration. Therefore, it is important for nurses to have a better insight of the decision-making process, be able to deliver holistic care and meet essential and complex physical and mental health needs of the patient.
In the first marking period of English Language Arts III, our class was given a syllabus in order to instruct us on how to label the five tabs inside our binders. The first section, General Information, contains the syllabus and any rubrics and checklists we may obtain in the class. After that comes the Literature section, this section contains notes, powerpoints, and all assignments associated with the Anglo-Saxons, Beowulf, The Canterbury Tales, and Geoffrey Chaucer.Then comes The Classwork Assessment Task section which includes one quick write regarding the contrast between Anglo-Saxon culture and modern day culture. Placed after the Classwork Assessment Task section is the Vocabulary tab. The Vocabulary tab holds all notes and assignments containing vocabulary from both Beowulf and The Canterbury Tales. The final section of my binder is the writing section which includes writing tips, grammar exercises, and essays.
This clinical rotation I was assigned to observe at the operating room, where they conduct various surgical procedures. The night prior to the clinical, I have to admit, was every bit unnerving. Especially, the fear of not knowing what to expect was daunting. There must have been a thousand scenario of what to expect or what might possibly go wrong playing through my head that night. However, after being introduced to the nurse I would be following, and meeting the surgeon and the rest of the team; my nerves settled down. The surgery scheduled was for a ventral hernia, which seemed routine, but complicated by a previous bowel realignment previously. The whole operation, from beginning to end, lasted a little over four hours. Although, the procedure lasted that long, it did not bother me even bit. Recently I've been kinda in a rut with my outfits. I feel pretty comfortable with monochromatic outfits and neutral colors and that's pretty much all I've been wearing. I made a few attempts to add color to my wardrobe, but overall most of my outfits are still the same.

One must begin to develop the possibility of potential diagnoses mentally to guide the care provided to the patient. These potential diagnoses are developed by the care provider and are often based on one’s past clinical experiences, awareness of the illness and a clear understanding of the patient’s complaint (Goolsby & Grubbs, 2014). The care provider with experience may develop these diagnoses independently and others with less experience may utilize evidence-based resources and clinical guidelines to aid in this process (Goolsby & Grubbs, 2014). Medical errors are avoidable mistakes in the health care. These errors can take place in any type of health care institution. Medical errors can happen during medical tests and diagnosis, administration of medications, during surgery, and even lab reports, such as the mixing of two patients’ blood samples. These errors are usually caused by the lack of communication between doctors, nurses and other staff. A medical error could cause a severe consequence to the patient in cases consisting of severe injuries or cause/effect any health conditions, and even death. According to recent studies medical errors are not the third leading cause of death in the United States. (Walerius. 2016)

In order for the classroom to be a successful learning environment we have to follow three major keys. Those three major keys are listening,participate, and attend class everyday. Those major keys are the top three rules that you will need to succeed in this class.
The purpose of this paper is to provide a synopsis of the importance of assessment and diagnosis in the counseling process. In the first two sections, the roles of assessment and diagnosis as they relate to case conceptualization and treatment planning will be explored. `In the past, I worked in such a research setting, where if a person was found to meet criteria for opiate dependence they received treatment, however if even slightly short of DSM-IV criteria for the disorder they would have to look elsewhere. This was a continual concern for me, as the person who met criteria was not always the person with the most distress, and alternative treatments were not easy for people to find.
