Specific task instructions
Scenario
You’re working for Azure Beach Realty Group (ABRG). ABRG is a small to medium-sized agency. Its operations include residential property management and sales. ABRG also has a small portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. Real estate operations are conducted in the same office where the property managers and sales staff can interact.
A complaint in relation to the marketing of the property, has been made by Theresa Nguyen whose property was under contract for sale by ABRG. Joe Fairmont, a former employee, was responsible for the marketing of Theresa’s property.
Theresa felt that Joe did not act in their best interests when marketing her property for sale. This included falsely claiming that the kitchen was new, retouching photos to reduce the height of trees at the front of the property, and not listing the features and benefits correctly.
You feel that this complaint could cause negative publicity for ABRG. To address this issue, you want to show your manager how an effective marketing and communication approach can be used to attract and engage potential clients and the community.
In Assessment 2, you’ll create profiles for the agency, yourself and a property, using different
marketing methods for each. The profiles may be displayed on the company website or printed, so they may be written documents with photos, video with dialogue, or other appropriate formats.
Before you can create the profiles, you need to develop and recommend a marketing and communications approach to help you discuss your ideas with your manager.

Rico A. Herrero
Research Instrument
In order for the researcher to gather necessary data, the researcher devised a tool called the Numeracy Inventory Device (NID) which measured the students'
numeracy skills. This was composed of 80 items test which underwent validation by the mathematics experts such as master teachers, head teachers, etc. Moreover, in
order to establish not only the validity of the device but also the reliability, sophisticated item analysis was also conducted. Out of these 80 items, 50 good questions were
retained and became part of the device. The questions covered the following areas: Whole Numbers, Signed Numbers, Fractions, Decimals, and Percentages.

Plans and types of Plan should be mention separately,
An Accident occurred somewhere and the security officials were trying to conduct an investigation
of the accident. They initially collected the evidence and after making analysis and integrating the
facts some conclusions were drawn. Some recommendations were aligned after validation. However
in order to collect the evidence the official need to visit the site and the evidence after identification

Q#1: Identify the sampling techniques, sampling frame, and sample size in the following scenarios.
a) Consider a scenario where an organization is looking to survey the performance of Internet connectivity across Pakistan. They can divide the entire country’s population into cities and select further towns with the availability of the internet.
b) The working approach of top managers in an organization is quite different from that of middle managers. If there are 60% top managers and 40% middle managers in this organization, and if a total of 30 people is to be interviewed to find the answer to the research question, then 18 top managers and 12 middle managers will be chosen for the collection of data through an interview, because these numbers represent 60% and 40% of the sample size.

Case study:
GoodBite is interested in selling a new form of teeth whitening strips. They dissolve in your mouth and leave less of a gunky residue feeling than current competitors' products do. Whitestrips seem to appeal to people 20-29 years old. Competitors' data on existing strips suggest they appeal to women slightly more than men, but, for the moment, GoodBite is not planning on differentiating on gender in the advertising. So let's ignore gender and just consider that 20-29 year old age category. Say the U.S. population is 301 mm, with 41.1 mm in the target age bracket. About 7.5 mm people have tried competitors' whitestrips (GoodBite isn't on the market yet), and roughly 3 mm of them are semiserious, frequent users. GoodBite is trying to guesstimate the size of its target market and its likely profitability. The GoodBite product is sold in packages of 14 sets of strips (each set is an upper and lower pair) in each box. GoodBite isn't sure of the frequency with which a typical…
