Since risk management is so critical to a project’s success, it is important to have a strong plan in place before one begins. Equally important is making sure the project manager, sponsor, team, customer and other stakeholders and experts are well informed about the project and all on the same page.
An area for improvement that AIME observed is that KNJ is not equipped to handle smaller jobs (in quantity or in the actual/physical size of smaller parts). We fully understand that the smaller parts do not offer the same profit margins as producing oversized parts, and as a business decision you do not accept small jobs. It is for this reason we feel that you would benefit from a strategic alliance/partnership with a company that specializes in smaller production, yet lacks the ability to produce oversized, high-capacity jobs. We feel that this organizational structure would be win-win, and that both companies would greatly benefit from such a joint venture. This joint venture would be a strategic alliance that would involve

So, let 's start with a general definition of "project management". Very simply, project management (PM) is just another way to get things done! However, as businesses and technologies have matured, so has the 'science ' of PM, in lock-step with the nature and scope of business today - global, distributed, matrixed and virtual. It may be easy to get a single task done between a supervisor and their employee when they both sit in the same building, across the hall from each other. The supervisor asks, the employee delivers. Further investigation, ramifications and future bearing of PMS are likewise examined.
Each tour established by Adventures Unlimited could be considered as a single project. Each tour has the destination, and is not routine and repetitive. The project begins when the consumer and Adventures Unlimited reach the same agreement, and ends when the consumer goes back. Each tour is unique and never been taken before. That is to say, each tour has the specific time, cost, and performance requirements.
