The company, whose sales team is equipped with iPads for business transactions, can utilize a designated website to take and submit the information for a new agreement. This order form can be developed with a signature field that can capture the client’s signature via the iPad’s touchscreen. Once the signature is captured, the submitted form will be emailed to the web development department-head for review/project initiation and to the customer and respective sales representative for his/her records.
Benefits of Solving the Problem
Many of the negatives have been mentioned and the benefits involve reversing/avoiding these potential negatives of project delays, loss of client enthusiasm, disorganization, and miscommunication. There are multiple problems that have to be solved. The first problem is that Obama care is focusing on making sure everyone gets health insurance. Because solution selling was a consultative sales process, a considerable amount of additional effort was required in the pre-contractual stage of the sales process to demonstrate value to customers in the proposal. It is important to have the proposal ready in time for the customer. Any delay will discredit the quality and service promised in the initial selling process resulting in lower customer retention rates.
