“Family is the most important thing in the world.”
This famous quote by princess Diana always clicks into my mind when I hear the word family.. Families do have to face quarrels and struggles in life but the most important thing is that they have to face it with full strength and patience. These deep relationships carry lots of baggage and hurt as well. All the people in this world have to face complexities and conundrums of familial love . It once happened with me too . Sometimes these problem get into such big issues but sometimes people get over it because of the close and inseparable bond that exists. No matter what happens between them , the people in a family never drift apart. I sometimes wonder that there are some lucky people who are the part of such type of families.

II had to now choose between my parents. For a moment, I felt like all of this was not real. But yes, it was. It was not only me , I had two siblings behind me and the last of all my parents. I had never even thought about leaving one of them. It was a very hard decision for me to make. But I was a girl myself and I knew about my mom’s ambitions and she obviously had the right to have what she wanted . I thought that my dad was wrong and he was not doing the right thing to my mom or to us. He was way too conservative and it was the oonnl thing my mom hated about him. On thursday, when my parents asked me that what decision I had make , I replied to them:
‘I don’t know what you guys think it is. You both are ruining a family, Its very difficult for your children. Have you ever wondered how its gonna effect three of us or its just that you both think about your ownselves. Its not that easy as you guys think atleast not for me because this family meant a lot to me’ , I shouted.
There was complete silence in our house for 2 days when I made a decision. I approached to my parents and
After being dropped off from dance late at night, I was expecting to walk into a silent house where everyone was asleep. Instead, I walked into my living room to find the rest of my family sitting on the couch with the television off, which was strange for my family. It was clear they were waiting for me to get home, so I sat down too. My mom and dad exchanged a look and a sigh then turned back towards my brother and me. They babbled absently for a few minutes, then, my mom quickly spit out the words, as if ripping off a Band-Aid, "We are moving back to Arizona." There was a brief moment of stunned silence before I burst into tears. I could not imagine why my parents would decide to separate me from my best friends six months before we were supposed to
Family plays a crucial role in an individual's life. They affect your decisions and the way you live. Your family can either bring you down or lift you up and push you to do your hardest.
Family will always make an impact in any decisions you make. Elie Wiesel shows this very well in the book Night. The main character Eliezer and his father are sent to a concentration camp. During the time of them being there Eliezer stayed by his father’s side. Despite all the torturing and beating his father got, he still stayed by Eliezer’s side. Many other people show an example of strong family bonds during the reading of this book.Strong family bonds can sustain people through tragedy and hardship.
What does the word family mean to you? In my opinion, family means everything to me. It’s the people I knew since I was born, who I know I can turn to anytime needed. Everyone has their own definition of family, it can be positive, negative, or even both. In the world’s society everyone is born into a family, it can be a traditional, a un-blood related, or an extended family. No matter how well a family relationship can be there is no such thing as a perfect family. In many classic pieces of literature, many writers’ use themes of conflict between the children and their parents. It can be conflicts towards each other or conflicts the family experiences together. In many well know novels, many characters from tragic events of abuse, cruelty, and negligent events kept their courage to survive through terrible events. The story of “Ellen Foster” Kaye Gibbons takes a reader inside a story of young orphaned girl, who is passed down to every family until the she is able to find the perfect one she fit into. In the classic novel “Night” author Elie Wiesel writes a historical piece about a young boy’s experience in a concentration camp. Losing half of his family the young boy Eliezer has to fight with his father through suffering tactics from the Nazis. The classic play “Romeo and Juliet”, William Shakespeare writes a tragic piece about two young lovers being forced to disobey family orders to be with each other. In all three pieces of literature, the characters struggle
Something that you can’t control about your life is your family. Good, bad, or ugly, you start your life with them in some capacity. By being present or not, positive or not, they will shape your life. Your family should bring out the best in you. They should encourage you to do what you’ve always inspired to do and to be who you’ve always inspired to be. You should never disregard your family or forget where you come from. When you have your family by your side, you never need to feel that you are alone as you step out into the world.
When we encounter any difficulties and trouble, our families were always in our side. They are willing to protect us from any enemies, they support us in any dreams we want and they love us eternally without any conditions.
Family is the one thing that will stick by you through good and bad no matter what. With family you have a bond that can never be broken. Though we may get tired at parents nagging or bossing us around, they do it for the better. They have been through a lot more than we have and probably have done what we are going to do. The Gladiator is a very good example of because of all the misfortunes that happens with family throughout the movie. Sometimes they let us learn on our own to teach us a lesson. That’s how life is, and just because they nag doesn’t mean they do not love us it is because they care. Caring is what makes someone feel loved. Love is what makes us feel wanted. To have someone love and care for us is something lots of people take for granted because family can be gone in the blink of an eye. Then others could argue you have people who leave for no reason.
To conclude, we must all cherish our family because no matter how bad or good a situation may be, they will
Looking back now, the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life happened in the transition of my Junior to Senior year. I had expressed the feeling of needing to forgive my Dad, and told them that I was in search of his number. They heartily disapproved, telling me my father would only make things worse if he was back in my life. “Do you really think your Dad will make you happy? He abandoned you, we were here. Why are you being so selfish?” They said, taking it as an insult that I would want to reunite with my Dad. Nonetheless I called him, and we fixed things. Our heart-to-heart meetings became more and more frequent until I was with him whenever he was home. Before long, summer came, and being with my guardians all day long made me realize what I had to do. I had all summer to wonder if I was making the right choice. The days were long and hot and their shrewdness kept getting worse. Conversation was completely gone until I said absolutely nothing whilst at home. I asked my Dad for advice whenever I saw him, and he always said the same thing. “You have to leave Cierrah. You know who you are, don’t let them drag you down. Don’t be someone you’re not. You deserve more than that.” So the decision was made, and I moved in with my Dad shortly after my senior year began. Finally able to be who I wanted without someone telling me it was wrong, or that I wasn’t good
In 2005, I was faced with a tragic situation I cannot fix. My parents decided to
My family has always been very close. We spend a great deal of time together and express our deep feelings and emotions with one another. If one of us has an issue, every member of the family is aware of it and shares the burden. When a person in the family does not share significant information about one’s life with the rest of the members, there is hurt feelings. Also, if a member cannot attend a family event, the family feels disappointed and misses the absent member. It is evident that connectedness is held as extremely valuable.
One year ago I thought it would be an amazing idea to move away! Getting to move with my dad! I didn’t realise all the trouble that would really come with moving away from everything that I had ever known! I was supposed to leave one year before I did, but my mom had other plans for me. When she told me that I was not old enough I was devastated. One year rolled around and it was finally the day. The day I get to finally live with my dad. I was so excited for so long! But I started to second guess myself… Did I really want to go through with this?
”No one is ever born into Life alone. Everyone has shared the bond of family, at least at birth, and for many people it is a bond that will follow them throughout life. For many people it is the most important bond of all.”
families have struggles, both internal and external, and while this is undoubtedly true, the struggles that
Devastated, I ran to my room gushing my eyes out. All these emotions going through my head of how my life would be without my parents in the same room or even house. From what I remember it all started about mid-June, the weeks before that were crucial. My parents would always argue over how to deal with a situation between me and my brother, Skyler. They hardly spoke to one another, but when they did they would just start bickering. I remember, one night after dinner they both went into ''their'' room with the door locked yelling at one another. Skyler and I didn’t know what to do, so we went downstairs and tried to figure out what was going to happen. With a scared tone I asked if mom and dad were going to get a divorce?" He answered back '' No, they love each other, they wouldn’t do that to us." That following night, was a school night everything was quiet except for my crying. I couldn’t sleep; all I was thinking about how it's going to affect my family.
