Thank you, Tammy, for providing us your thought and belief. I believe that the idea of not using particular terms to describe particular behavior is not just to avoid the negative feelings, but also to help the teacher create support to the students. If the child behavior labeled, the teacher will see the student as a “problem”. By seeing the child as a “problem” according to Kluth (2010) The teacher “would not have created so many adaptations for him, they would not have given him so much time to learn about his surroundings, and they would not have made such significant adjustments to their own expectations or practices” (p.190). So, if you see the Table. 9.1. in Kluth article page 194, you will see how is the language is matter. As we describe

The EE 1896/4620 Info Page is missing the directive for dispositioning free items. If you pray for salvation there is a directive to select the Salvation Package from inventory, but there is no directive to mark the disposition as Info. I know that this is the normal directive for free items and if Info trumps Prayer we might want to put the directive on the Info Page. Most agents might think since they only prayed with the caller that Prayer would be the disposition. Can you look into this directive?
I was excited when I saw this week’s assignment because one of my goals for 2016 is to talk less and listen more. I practiced the assignment with someone most people avoided because everybody describes her as being long-winded. She initiated a conversation about dating so I took the time, gave her my undivided attention, and listened attentively. At first, I found myself wanting to interrupt but I controlled myself and let her talk. I found out it was difficult at first to be person centered but once I focused on everything she was saying instead of trying to give advice about her problem, I was able to empathize with her without saying anything. She eventually asked for my opinion and I told her she already knew the answer based on what she
Being a part of that group gave me the opportunity to challenge myself with more difficult music, and the greater the vocal obstacle, the more I thrived. My choir teacher, Ms. Tippett, took notice of my passion for music and urged me to pursue it further. She pushed me to audition for choral festivals, urged me to try out for the school musical, gave me new responsibilities within the choir, and always knew I could accomplish whatever task she handed me. She nurtured my unending love of all things music and made me see that I really could do this, I could really follow music for the rest of my life. Music shaped me into the confident young woman I am today, and I can’t even begin to imagine how miserable my life would be if I pushed it to the sidelines.
Working with music takes a certain type of patients. That’s why when I knew this project was present, I had the perfect person in mind because I worked so close with this person once before. So, I decided to gather my resources and get in contact with our family friend Dr. Snodgrass who is the superintendent of the Fort Osage R-1 School District and ask if I could receive her email so I could set up a facetime call with her and get this interview on the road. Her name Is Erica Gregory and she is a high school band teacher at Fort Osage located in Independence Missouri. The reasons I decided to interview her were simple. First, she was my star time teacher which meant she was my study hall teacher. As a freshman coming into high school and being placed in a study hall class

I first got involved in music when I was four years old, and music has been part of my everyday life ever since. When I was four, I taught myself to play the piano, listening to a song and being able to play it back on the piano. I have had a passion for music ever since I started piano, eventually moving to Clarinet and saxophone in concert and jazz bands, then guitar, trumpet and Eb Clarinet. Music is something that instantly clicks: I can understand a new concept with little time, which is evident with me teaching myself guitar and trumpet. Because of my musical passion and knowledge, I believe I would be an excellent Tri-M candidate.
